Harald Lööf, CEO
Harald has been active in external audit, financial and general management, consulting and internal audit for over 25 years. Before joining Audit Value International in December 2011, Harald was Head of Internal Audit at ICA, the leading food retailer in Scandinavia and the Baltic States, for nine years. Harald has mostly worked with companies in the retail, consumer and consulting industries. Harald is a Certified Internal Auditor and Board Member of the Swedish Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors.

Ann-Catrin Weingård Co-ordinator International Audits
Ann-Catrin has been with AVI since August 2011 shortly before the head office was moved to Stockholm, Sweden. Ann-Catrin previously had different positions within the Kinnevik Group; Co-ordinator at MTG Legal, Executive Assistant at Invik & Co. AB as well as Investment AB Kinnevik. Ann-Catrin manages the head office of AVI and is responsible for all administration activities.

Ashish Agrawal, Engagement Manager
Ashish started his carrier with AVI in September 2008. As an Engagement Manager of the firm he is responsible for managing Metro International (a media company which produces and distributes daily free newspapers across the globe); Modern Times Group (Broadcasting -Free to Air TV, Pay TV, Video on Demand, commercial radio operations, Film and Media Production); CDON Group (Internet retailers of wide range of products) and Segezha (Paper sack supplier). Ashish is a Chartered Accountant from India and has previously worked for Deloitte India. His strong Internal Audit background and expertise in handling complex assignments over the years has contributed significantly to the firm.

Mikesh Eppaturi, Engagement Manager
Mikesh was recruited into the firm in December 2007 and was given the responsibility of managing Transcom Worldwide SA (Call Center Operations), Black Earth Farming (Agricultural Operations) and Kinnevik Investment Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and MBA. His expertise in internal, statutory and process audits and consultancy assignments has provided the firm with a superior edge over business development.

Milin Thakkar, Engagement Manager
Milin has been a strong member of the team since October 2008 and is the Engagement Manager of the firm's largest client, Tele2, Europe's leading telecom operators with operations in 11 countries. Milin is a Chartered Accountant drawing expertise from his strong background in business and risk advisory developed during his training and post qualification years in PricewaterhouseCoopers India and US.
