ORGANIZATION
Robert Powers, Managing Director, has been active in the development and management of professional service firms for over 20 years both in the United States and Europe. His career at international consultancy Arthur D. Little, Inc. and the Stenbeck Group of companies is rooted in finacial control and analysis, operations improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational assessment and development. He is responsible for business development, client relations, recruiting and training.
Sylvie Fasbinder, Director of Administration and Finance, has been with the firm since its' beginning. She started her career 20 years ago in the banking industry in Luxembourg, then moved on to Paris, France where she held a post in the public relations' sector. She later moved to Niger, Africa where she undertook development work on behalf of the Luxembourgish government. Sylvie is MBA educated and now manages the head office of AVI Luxembourg and is responsible for all administration and financial matters as well as business development.
